Realtor, ABR, e-pro
I grew up in Yakima and married a local guy. I KNOW this Valley. From White Pass to Sunnyside – I’ve watched it change over the years. My specialty is Staging homes – I have a BA in Interior Design from WSU (go Cougs!) and have worked for several local architects. I love to use that knowledge for my clients. I offer complementary home staging and on the spot design advice. After thirteen years in Real Estate, I have several designations to my name – including Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and e-Pro (meaning I’m up on the tech side of real estate). You’ll see me working with both Residential and Commercial clients, as well as on vacant land contracts.
When I’m not selling real estate, I’m in the garden or on White Pass. I love to play with my family and our border collie. I can food from my garden, I knit, I sew, you never know what you may find me doing! You’ll also find me active in Girl Scouts and PTA – I believe in empowering girls and teaching them to stand on their own. Not only do I lead a troop of girls, I’m on the Service Unit group that leads the leaders, participating as Yakima’s co-Coordinator. On the PTA, I have previously served as a Vice President at the Elementary school level and a Secretary at the Middle School level. Additionally, I have a daughter on the Autism Spectrum and am an active advocate for her and other children similar to her. You’ll see me attending Special Needs conferences, speaking to the School Board, volunteering at Children’s Village and training her Service Dog prospect. If you want something done, you call a busy person because we’ve got things organized!!
I had the pleasure of growing up and studying all over the world. Born and raised in England, I have also lived in Australia and New Zealand and have visited many countries along the way. This has given me a diverse prospective in addition to 20 years of real estate experience. I began my career in new construction and worked on several large developments in Puget Sound before relocating to the Yakima area in 1998. My background includes Architectural Drafting, Sales, Marketing & Design, serving in the Australian Army and eventually working for a Town Planning Department.
This experience was invaluable and is a tremendous asset, giving me in depth insight and ability to see the finished result of a remodel or in providing advice on a much needed pre-market renovation project. To compliment this, I also provide help with staging and adding curb appeal, all in an effort to find the most effective way to market a client’s property and maximize profits, after all, bottom line is of the uttermost importance. Having successfully completed several of my own remodels over the years, I can completely appreciate what it is like to stand in the clients’ shoes.
Now, a longtime resident of the area, I have gained a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in the community. I serve as V. P. on the Board of Directors for the Terrace Heights Community Center with the goal of maintaining, fund raising and updating a hundred year old building that serves the local community.
My charity is the Wounded Warrior project. I am also a strong advocate for the humane treatment of animals and am a devoted dog lover.

In 2004 I received my real estate license. I was honored to be named “Rookie of the Year” in 2005 for the Yakima Association of Realtors and earned my Accredited Buyers Representation Designation. I currently serve on the grievance committee for our local association and am a full time realtor.
Real estate is my passion and I LOVE “HELPING MY CLIENTS DREAMS COME HOME!” I list and sell rural and urban homes, condos, cabins, ranches, horse property, mountain property and land. I work hard to keep my clients educated and informed every step of the way in the home buying and selling process! I return text messages, voicemails and emails immediately and communicate often with all involved in the transaction.
I live in the beautiful Wenas Valley in Selah on our 8 acre ranchette with my husband, 3 horses, 2 barn cats and our precious maltipoo, Lily Mae.
